Like everyone I am striving to improve my life and I believe the way to do this is by improving all aspects of it, most specifically my thoughts. I believe that working towards an increased positive outlook on life is extremely important.

It's important to me that I don't charge any money for the materials I develop for this site and that I keep everything free so as many people can access and benefit from the content on the site as possible. There is a worldwide audience out there who might benefit from this information - I don't want to hide anything important behind a member log in area.

I am mostly excited about helping people to improve how they think so their lives can improve. I have seen first hand what negativity can do to people having lost people close to me whose illnesses were primarily brought on, and perpetuated, by stress and negative thinking – predominately worry. If I could help anyone to have a better experience, solve a problem or turn his or her life around because of the information on this site then I would literally be thrilled. So if you have any stories about how this material helped you then I would always be happy to receive them.

I am on a mission to increase the amount of positive thoughts I have with a goal of 0% negativity in mind. I hope you will follow me on my journey and attempt to increase your positivity levels as well. Most of the problems we perceive in our daily lives are caused by the negative ways in which we think. Changing our thoughts from negative to positive ones can obliterate stress from our existence (as stress is merely negative thoughts).
The information on this site will explain what I am doing in order to increase my positivity levels and you can follow along if you wish. I will try to illustrate my ideas in interesting and hopefully unique ways that might inspire you to change the way you think. I believe that the more positively we think the better our lives become and the more our minds are riddled with negativity the worse our experience will be. I believe this is the case because we experience life through the medium of ‘thought’ and so if our life experience is predominately thought-based then it stands to reason that if you have a continuous stream of purely positive thoughts running through your mind your life would be truly astonishing!
As positivity increases happiness also increases and so as we reduce our negativity together our lives will become increasingly happy & joyous! Tired of being Negative! Let’s let some Positivity into our lives and get to work on creating our best possible life experience!

My goal is to move to as close to 100% positivity all day every day as I possibly can. Many people will say that 100% positivity is not possible but I think that theoretically it is and I would like to make this my goal – nothing is impossible!

I will be your guide in attempting to help you navigate a smooth path though the illusion that is ‘life’. I will address external solutions to external problems and internal solutions to external problems.
I have been travelling along my spiritual journey for over 7 years now. I never used to be particularly spiritual in any way, shape or form. I started to delve into spiritual materials at a very difficult point in my life and it was by becoming increasingly spiritual in my outlook which helped me to get through those challenging times.
As I have advanced in years I frequently had a desire to write inspirational self help material as I wanted to help others in such a way as spirituality has helped me. There are plenty of people out there in the world still yet to experience these kinds of ideas and who could really benefit from inspirational materials.
I wanted to write topics that were very down to earth and ones that are an easy read and personal in many ways. From my understanding of how the universe works everything exists, we are all 'everything' and we are all one! We appear individual but actually you are me and I am you. I wanted to write some 'messages to myself' and as you are at one with me then I am writing this to myself, no one else exists out there!
When writing I just relax and let my mind go blank and then I started to write. None of the topics were difficult to write and I never got stuck in my writings. They just appeared to flow from the 'universal mind' through my fingers onto a screen.
I just sat at my computer each day at the same time and if inspiration came then the characters spewed out forming words, ideas and concepts. I didn't want to get too conscious and too focused on the content at all and what you are reading is the outcome of 'getting into the gap' and receiving the information. I kind of feel a little guilty for not having toiled on the content and it has been an absolute pleasure to write. I was in the past caught up in the idea that things have to be hard in order to achieve something and I am sure that writing these topics could have been daunting but it wasn't in the end. It is nice to know that if you are inspired, passionate and get within the flow of life then you can achieve anything you desire.
